PRIVACY POLICY
Kenyalogy website adheres to the privacy policy expressed in the following paragraphs, in accordance with the laws of Spain and other countries, and with the usual good practices of online confidentiality and protection of personal data. When entering and browsing through this site, the user accepts the privacy policy described herein.
- Privacy of user's data is respected at all times. Any and all personal data the user may submit to Kenyalogy's owners through this website will be always kept strictly confidential, will be managed with utmost care and will never be disclosed to third parties in any way, except when explicitly authorised by the user.
- Kenyalogy uses no cookies, except in The Waterhole forum, where it is a technical requirement. In addition, some of the external services used by this website may use cookies. A cookie is a unit of information that some internet servers transfer to the user's browser, with the purpose of offering personalised services according to a profile eventually provided by the user in an intentional way, or according to the user's previous history of visits or purchases. Cookies can only be read by internet browsers and never disclose personal information except that previously provided by the user. Cookies can never either transmit computer viruses. The user has the option of disabling the "accept cookies" feature of the browser. However, this will prevent the user from access to The Waterhole.
- Kenyalogy does not use email addresses provided by the users for bulk mailings of any kind, except if the user has previously subscribed to an opt-in mailing list for a given purpose, and in this case the user's email address will be used solely for said purpose. Except in this case, the user's email address will only be used for email reply referring the information requested by the user.
- Kenyalogy and its owners cannot be made liable for any use third parties might make of personal data intentionally published by users in the open forum "The Waterhole". For this reason, it is recommended not to disclose personal information in this section of public access.
- In case the user should provide, during a purchase operation performed through Kenyalogy, data related to credit cards or bank accounts, these data will be managed solely by the system or website in charge of payment management and by the financial entities involved. Kenyalogy will never have access to these data. In any case, Kenyalogy only operates directly with payment management websites that declare a privacy policy in accordance with the good practices expressed herein, and that hold solidly justified certificates and security systems.
